Standard technical support via email is free to all Currency System customers. Support requests are processed during normal weekday working hours.
Premium Support includes 24x7 processing of urgent support requests, as well as telephone support.
Additional benefits of the Premium Support plan, not available under the Standard plan, include:
- 25% discount on software upgrades (if the plan has been active since the release of the software which is being upgraded)
- Technical support on software versions which have been non-current for more than 24 months
- Service level guarantee on data feed by Cloanto
Neither the Standard nor the Premium plan limit the number of support incidents.
